Tips of Yoga  
 
Yoga is a generic sense and direct way to reach the God. When you start Yoga, you should be aware some instruction and follow the following rules and tips. Here we let you know about all yoga tips, what you need to know -
  1. In the Morning is the most suitable time for Practicing Yoga, when the mind is calm, composed, fresh and the body movements can be performed with considerable ease and vitality. You will need a big hart and small ego to get started for Yoga. Yes this is the important thing and also you need to have the urge and the confidence in yourself.


  2. To practice Yoga you must choose a place, which is calm, quiet, well ventilated, free form dust, insects, unpleasant smell, moisture free and distraction free. There should be no distraction whatsoever.


  3. Before you start Yoga, you must clear your bowels and bladder; clean your nostrils and throat of all mucus. You must also drink a glass of lukewarm water and then begin the exercises after 15 minutes.


  4. Always remember that you should begin with the easy postures, thereafter you can advance to the tough ones. Be methodical and systematic.


  5. In the beginning, all movements should be practiced lightly and if you feel fatigue in between you must discontinue.


  6. Yoga must energize and not cause weariness and depression.


  7. You must take breaks in between if a particular step or exercise proves tiring.


  8. If you practice Yoga, your diet should be a balanced and you should eat after an interval of 4 hours.


  9. The quantity of food, it should be moderate (mitahara) In other way, the quantity of your food should be such that it satisfies your appetite.


  10. One should avoid overeating, fasting or eating once a day. Stale or non-nutritious food, you know, is harmful.


  11. Yoga clothing should be loose and as comfortable as possible because maximum amount of the skin should be exposed to air. Form-fitting cotton/Lycra pants and shirts are the best.


  12. While performing Yoga, your breathing should be long and deep. You must remember to keep your mouth close and inhale and exhale only through the nose.


  13. You should always keep a Yoga mat made of some comfortable materials. For lying postures use a woolen carpet, and spread a clean sheet over it.


  14. You can keep or use some other commercial Yoga accessories, like Yoga belt, foam blocks, Yoga pillows and rubber mats.
Yoga is an all-embracing way of life, thus symbolizes balance in every area of life. Yoga is a Scientific System of physical and mental excellence, which requires obedience to certain rules, methodology and principle in order to acquire satisfactory results. In the earlier times, the rationale of the Yoga postures and breathing exercises was to bring relaxation and stability so that practitioners could prepare for the rigors of meditation, sitting still and alert for long periods of time. In modern context also Yoga can play an important role in maintaining a fine balance between healthy mind and work.
