systems in the Garhwal Himalaya. Each
day unveils a new glittering peak and
as you stand atop the Kauri Khal the
whole range spreads out before you in
majestic splendour.
The pass Khal is approached through
a narrow goat track at an elevation
of 4265 mts. in the heart of Chamoli
District. The glorious view of the imposing
eastern peaks of the Garhwal Himalayas
is unforgettably enchanting. They appear
so close with their grand glittering
snowcaps that one feels like almost
touching them.
Day
01: Rishikesh -Arrive Rishikesh
and check into the Hotel or Tourist
Rest house Rishikesh. Dinner and overnight
in Muni-Ki-Reti, Rishikesh.
Day
02: Rishikesh – Nandprayag - After
breakfast 191 kms. drive to Nandprayag
with pack lunch. Dinner and overnight
in Hote.
Day
03: Nandprayag - Ramni (Drive 20 Kms)
(Trek 10 Kms) -Morning after
breakfast drive to Ghat and trek to
Ramni with pack lunch. Dinner and overnight
in tents.
Day
04: Ramni -Jhenjipatni - After
breakfast 13 kms trek to Jhenjipatni
with pack lunch. Dinner and overnight
in tents.
Day
05: Jhenjipatni – Sinyartoli -12
kms trek to Sinyartoli with pack lunch.
Dinner and overnight in tents.
Day
06: Sinyartoli - Dhakwani -
10 kms. trek to Dhakwani with pack lunch.
Dinner and overnight in tents.
Day
07: Dhakwani – Tall -12
kms. trek to Tall via Kauri pass with
pack lunch. Dinner and over
Day
08: Tall – Auli - 14
kms. trek to Auli with pack lunch. Dinner
and overnight in Auli.
Day
09: Auli – Rishikesh - 272
kms. drive to Rishikesh. Lunch en route.
