01: Arrive Chennai - Arrive Chennai,
the gateway of South India. On arrival, the
guest will be met by our representative and
help you transfer to your hotel. Enjoy the
day at leisure. Stay overnight at Hotel. |

02: Chennai-Tirupati - After breakfast
leave by car for Full day Old and New Delhi
sight seeing. Visit Red Fort, Kutub Minar,
Jama Masjid, Lotus temple, India Gate, Raj
ghat, Laxmi Nararyan Temple. Overnight at
your hotel. |

02: Chennai-Tirupati -In the morning
at hotel, enjoy your breakfast and then proceed
for Chennai by road covering 140 km in approx
3 hrs. On arrival in Chennai, transfer to
the hotel and relax in the evening. Stay overnight
at Channai. |

04: Chennai-Kanchipuram -In the
morning after the breakfast leave for Kanchipuram.
On arrival in Kanchipuram, transfer to the
hotel for relaxation. Later proceed for Excursion
to Kanchipuram Temples for full day. Kanchipuram
- Popularly known as the city of thousand
temples, it is one of the seven most sacred
Hindu pilgrimage centers. The highlights are
the 108 Shaiva temples, 18 Vaishnava temples
and Adi Shankararchya's Ashram. This small
town is also famous for its thriving handloom
and cotton industry and silk weavers known
for their skills in producing best silk sarees
in the entire country. Stay overnight at the
hotel. |

05: Kanchipuram-Mahabalipuram -In
the morning after the breakfast, drive to
Mahabalipuram. On arrival, transfer to the
hotel and relax. Later afternoon, proceed
for sightseeing tour of the city. Mahabalipuram
- An open stone art gallery, Mahabalipuram
or Mamallapuram is world famous for its shore
temples. Mamallapuram (Mahabalipuram), the
ancient port of Pallavas. The pallavas have
created many marvellous monuments with sculptural
panels, caves, Monolithic Rathas and Temples.
The artwork here can be divided into following
categories - stone sculptures strewn around
in the open, structured and chariot-shaped
temples and artificial caves cut out from
rocks. However, the highlight of the city
is the Shore Temple on the beach. Return to
the hotel for dinner and stay overnight at
the hotel. |

06: Mahabalipuram-Tanjore
-In the morning after the breakfast, drive
to Tanjore also known as Thanjavur (The rice
bowl of TAMIL NADU) visiting en-route Pondicherry.
The distance of approximately 309 km is covered
in around 4 hours. On arrival, transfer to
the hotel and relax. Later, proceed for sight
seeing of Tanjore. Visit the famous Chola
Temple of Brihadeeshwara - A WORLD HERITAGE
MONUMENT. Its bronze and handicrafts make
Tanjore one of the highlights of the tour
to South India. The majesty of the palaces
and art gallery attached to the temple is
really awe-inspiring. It is also famous for
the silk. Overnight stay at hotel. |

07: Tanjore-Trichy -In the morning
after relish your breakfast, drive to Trichy
(54 kms) the usually popular name for Tirchirapally,
located on the banks of the serene Cauvery
River. On arrival transfer to the hotel and
relax. Afternoon sightseeing tour of the city
including Rock Fort Temple, Sri Ranganathaswamy
Temple, Sri Jambukeshwara Temple and St' John's
church. Also visit Srirangam island (which
is a temple town where all the life centres
round the Temple). This temple has 31 Gateway
Towers (Gopurams). Overnight at Hotel. |

08: Trichy-Madurai -In
the morning after enjoy your breakfast leave
for Madurai, former Capital of the Pandya
Kingdom. The distance of approximately 130
km is covered in around 3 hours. Madurai is
over 2500 years old and is the second largest
city of Tamil Nadu - Ancient seat of learning.
The city is planned in the shape of a lotus.
On arrival, transfer to the hotel and relax.
Afternoon visit the famous Madurai Meenakshi
temple (dedicated to the consort of Lord Shiva
with its towering GOPURAMS) –THE HIGHLIGTH
OF THE TOUR. There are four entrances to this
amazing temple complex set in 6 hectares.
Beat some of the stone pillars in the complex
with any hard object and feel incredible on
hearing sweet metal sounds. The total number
of pillars in the temple is a staggering one
Thousand. Madurai city is famous for its jasmine
flowers. If time permits enjoy a 'light &
sound Panorama' in Thirumala Naik Temple (optional)
or visit to Alagar hills & Thirupura Rock

09: Madurai-Ramesharam
-After relish your breakfast at hotel proceed
for full day excursion to the famous Hindu
pilgrimage city, Rameshwaram, a city of
swell and gentle sand dunes, embellished
with the delicacy of casurina trees and
stark palms. This is a sacred place for
Hindus since according to Ramayana, this where
Lord Rama worshipped God Shiva to absolve
himself of the sin of killing. Return to
Madurai by evening. Overnight at hotel. |

10: Madurai-Trivandrum -After relish
your breakfast at hotel proceed for Trivandrum
by road covering 264 km in approx. 6 hr and
reach late evening. Relax at hotel. Overnight
at hotel. |

11: Trivandrum -After relish your
breakfast at hotel, proceed for sightseeing
tour, visiting the Sree Padmanabha Swami Temple,
Napier Museum, Chitralayam Arts Gallery, Zoological
gardens, Reptile house, Observatory and Kanakakunnu
Palace. Overnight at Trivandrum. |

12: Departure From Trivandrum -
Morning free for you own activities, Later
drive to airport for flight to onward destination. |
